Personalising the Ceremony with Old Celtic Traditions
Megan and Rob decided to have a very intimate ceremony and only their parents were present. They personalised their ceremony by writing their own vows, which was very emotional. They also incorporated some old Celtic traditions to make it even more special. One of them was the oathing stone ceremony. During this ceremony they placed their hands on a stone and made their vows to each other. The second Celtic tradition they had was the Quaich Ceremony during which they shared a drink from the Quaich, which symbolises sharing and trust.
